Shipping policy

Australian Shipping
Enjoy free delivery for all online purchases over $75 within Australia. Online purchases of $75 or less can be delivered for $9.95 within Australia. Express shipping is available for a flat fee of $15 anywhere in Australia.

Dispatch times
Standard delivery: dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse is 1–2 business days from the time your order is confirmed. Express delivery: dispatched no later than the next business day. This does not include weekends or public holidays. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email from Australia Post with your tracking number.

Delivery times
We ship all orders with Australia Post. Domestic: standard typically 3–5 business days, express 1–3 business days. International: Australia Post estimates up to 10–28 business days (a guide only, not including customs processing on arrival).

International Shipping
International shipping to select countries is a flat rate of AUD $30.00, available to Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States. For all other international destinations, please email your order to info@monista.com.au and we will provide a shipping quote.

PO Boxes
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes — please enter your PO Box address into the delivery address field as normal.

Duties and taxes
No GST is charged on international orders (delivery address outside Australia). Monista Tea Co. is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges payable upon delivery to your country. If unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.

Tracking issues
If your delivery time has passed the estimated timeframe and you are unable to track your order, please email info@monista.com.au.
