    We recommend using 1 heaped teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup.

    Can this tea be served iced?

    Yes. Many of our herbal teas are beautiful served iced. Brew as normal, allow to cool, then pour over ice. You can add fresh lemon, mint and a drizzle of honey.

    How do I brew loose leaf tea?

    Place 1 teaspoon of tea into an infuser or teapot per cup. heat water at 70˚C and steep for 3-5 minutes.

    Can I refill my Monista canister?

    Yes. Our signature tea canisters are designed to be refilled and reused. Simply purchase the matching refill box to top up your canister.
